This was a fun project. The album is made from envelopes. All the tags & snowflakes are cut with the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge (exclusive to Close to my Heart)

x5903 light blue shade cardstock pack
x5642 chocolate cardstock
z1102 white daisy grosgrain ribbon
z1263 bitty sparkles (I used 2 packs)
z1104 clear sparkles (these are assorted sizes)
x7146b wonderland paper pack
5 envelopes & adhesive of your choice
I used the Heartfelt Chritmas stamp set (retired) but you could use any set with snowflakes. or x7146c (wonderland stickease)
